Prior to Hay Creek, Davis spent 9 years at EOG Resources, working in the field for two years before transitioning to facilities and pipeline engineering in the Permian Basin and technological innovation in EOG's Technology Center. Davis' focus for several years was working with regulatory agencies on emissions reduction projects. He holds a B.S.M.E from Baylor University, an M.B.A. from Acton School of Business, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. His greatest accomplishment is marrying Faith Hale.
